 CNS 执业准则 

作為一名新聞工作者：

力求誠實、準確、公正地傳播信息。

盡其所能糾正壹切有害的信息錯誤。

明辨事實與觀點。

時刻保持開放的頭腦和適度的幽默。

通過正直的、直接的、公開的渠道獲得新聞素材，僅在絕對符合公眾利益且信息不能通過直接渠道獲取的情況下進行額外的調查。

公眾利益高於壹切，在非出於對公眾利益考慮的情況下，不得侵犯任何個體的私人生活或觸犯任何個體的不幸與悲痛。

保護信息源的身份，在此包括提供保密信息的個體及在其工作過程中收集到的材料的信息來源。

拒絕所有意圖影響、扭曲或隱瞞信息的威脅或任何形式的誘惑。在其職責過程中，在信息公布前，不以新聞謀取私利。

絕不制造任何有可能引發對個體的年齡、性別、種族、膚色、信仰、法律地位、殘疾、婚姻狀況或性取向造成仇恨或歧視的新聞材料。

在對兒童進行與其利益相關的故事的采訪或攝影時，應正式地求取其恰當的成人（監護人）的同意。

嚴格規避抄襲。

CNS認為，新聞工作者擁有拒絕有可能違反CNS新聞工作準則的新聞任務或被指定為相關新聞任務作者的權利。

CNS支持遵守該準則的新聞工作者。

該CNS新聞工作準則最後修改於2013.

 

  CREATIVE PRESS CARD 

CNS Creative Press Card [CPC] is the international certification of professionalism in creative news coverage, which shows that the cardholder:

  • abides by CNS CODE OF CONDUCT
  • gets access to CNS professional network.

Application is required for every cardholder with a verified track of  professional record. Every CPC number is unique and traceable in order to prevent identity fraud. CPC requires annual professional review and should there be any serious breach of the CNS CODE OF CONDUCT, the Creative Press Card will be cancelled.

 PRESS MEMBERSHIP 

CNS Press Membership offers CNS CPC Cardholder :

  • professional training in covering creative news.
  • subscription to the CNS Source of Information Service
  • invitations to professional forums

Available for CPC Cardholder upon Upgrade via email ONLY

  FEES  

CNS CPC service is a third-party accreditation service which aims to provide professional support, hence CNS only charges minimal fees for processing documents and enquiries purposes. Any additional production like the production of physical Press card and etc. charges separate fees. All fees are non-refundable.

APPLICATION

  • Application Fee: RMB 400/per application
  • Re-application Fee: RMB300/per application， applicants should carefully update the information submitted
  • Physical Creative Press Card: RMB100/per card，[postage will be charged separately depend on postal address.]
  • Lost card replacement: RMB150/per card，[postage will be charged separately depend on postal address.]
  • Post Cancellation Re-application：RMB800/per application +1hour Consultation/interview (ONLINE/OFFLINE) RMB1200/per person

ANNUAL RENEWAL

  • Renewal Fee: RMB 200/ per application
  • Physical Creative Press Card: RMB100/per card，[postage will be charged separately depend on postal address.]
  • Lost card replacement: RMB150/per card，[postage will be charged separately depend on postal address.]

CPC MEMBERSHIP

  • Annual Fee : RMB 800/person

OTHERS

  • CPC Cardholder Identity Check: FREE
  • Filing Complaint for CPC cardholder: RMB50 /per case
